These workshops are based around individual conditions or situations. The aim is to give you a range of tools to deal with the following situations. All of the workshops will show you a combination of methods including: meditation, hand reflexology, acupressure points, emotional freedom technique, aromatherapy, our breath, chair yoga and more! You will not learn about any of these subjects in great depth but more detailed workshops are available on each topic should you want to learn more.
4 hour workshop providing coping techniques to deal with issues around PMT and menopause/perimenopause.
4 hour workshop providing coping techniques to deal with issues around all things stress, anxiety and panic.
4 hour workshop providing coping techniques to deal with issues around low mood and depression.
4 hour workshop providing coping techniques to deal with issues around insomnia & sleep.
These workshops work take things a bit further and give you a theoretical background to each topic plus a chance to put what you have learned into practice.
4 hour workshop. Learn how to use essential oils safely and make a bespoke blend especially for you. You will come away with a bath oil, body soufflé and body scrub that you have made with your blend.
2 hour workshop. Learn about the history and theory of reflexology and how to perform a basic routine on yourself, friends and family.
3 hour workshop. Learn about the history and theory of Indian Head Massage and how to perform a basic routine on friends and family. You will also give and receive a treatment.
2 hour workshop. Learn about the history and theory of EFT or 'tapping' and how to integrate this fantastic tool into your daily life. Great for stress, anxiety, depression, emotional eating and tons more.
